Step 1: Visit the online official SBI website.
Step 2: Login to your online SBI account.
Step 3: A new page will be displayed, click on ‘Accounts & Profile’.sbi mobile number change
Step 4: Select ‘Profile’ from the drop down menu.
Step 5: A new page will appear, click on ‘Personal Details/Mobile’.
Step 6: After that, another page of ‘Personal Details’ will appear, enter your ‘Profile Password’.
Step 7: After entering your ‘Profile password,’ click on ‘Submit’.sbi mobile number change
Step 8: A page will appear displaying your ‘Name, Email ID and registered mobile number’.
Step 9: Click on the hyperlink ‘Change Mobile Number-Domestic only (Through OTP/ATM/Contact Centre)’.
Step 10: A page will appear, ‘Personal Details-Mobile Number Update’ with three tabs ‘Create Request’, ‘Cancel Request’ and ‘Status’.
Step 11: Enter your ‘new mobile number’ and retype it to confirm, after that click on ‘Submit’.
Step 12: After submitting, a new pop-up message will appear on the screen asking you to ‘Verify and confirm your mobile number 1234567890’. Click ‘Ok’ to continue.

First option: By OTP on both the Mobile Numbers
If you are using this option then make sure that you have to both the mobile numbers.
1. Select the option ‘By OTP on both the mobile number’
2. After that click on ‘Proceed’ button.
3. On the next page, ‘Select the account for which you the debit card’ option appear. Click on the ‘Proceed’ option.
4. The next page the ATM cards associated with the selected account will be displayed.
5. Select the activated ATM card, so that on the next page you can give the complete details of your ATM card. Click on ‘Proceed’ option.
6. In the next page SBI payment gateway will be displayed.
7. Enter all the required card details (card number, expiry date, cardholder’s name, PIN and the characters visible in the box). Click on ‘Proceed’ option.
8. On successful updating, the OTP will be sent to your old as well as on the new mobile number along with a reference number.sbi mobile number change
9. The activate number will be different in both the numbers. . You need to send SMS from BOTH (old and new) mobile numbers to 567676 in following format ACTIVATE within 4 g. ACTIVATE 12345678 UM72051577123)
10. On the successful validation of the OTP value and reference number, a success message in regarded to this will be displayed with your number.

SBI Registered Mobile Number Online Change Kaise Kare ?
Iske liye neeche ke steps ko follow kare-
Step 1.Sabse pahle aap SBI online banking ke official website https://www.onlinesbi.com me chale jaye.
Is website me apna SBI ka Username aur Password enter karke Login kar le.
Step 2.Login karte hi aap SBI net banking ke dashboard me pahuch jayenge. Yaha par left side ke upar me “My Accounts & Profile” ka option mil jayega, uspar click kijiye.
Click karte hi account se related bahut saare option aapko dikh jayenge, inme se aap “Profile” ya left side ke options me se “Profile” ke option par click kare.
Step 3.Profile me click karte hi profile se related bahut saare options khul jayenge, inme se “Personal Details/Mobile” ke option par click kare.
Step 4.Ab aapse aapke SBI Internet banking ka Profile password manga jayega. Aap yaha apna SBI Internet Banking ka Profile Password enter kar de.
Profile password enter karne ke baad “Submit” ke button par click kijiye.sbi mobile number change
Step 5.Click karte hi ek naya page khulega jisme ki aapka Display Name, Email aur Mobile Number show hoga.
Apna mobile number change karne ke liye diye gaye Mobile number ke right side me “Change Mobile Number-Domestic Only (Through OTP/ATM/Contact Centre)” ka option milega, uspar click kare.
Is Option par click karne ke baad “Submit” par click kare.
Step 6.Isme click karte hi ek naya page khul jayega, isme aapko aapka New Mobile Number enter karne ke liye bola jayega.
Isme aap apna New Mobile Number wale dono box me apna New Mobile Number enter kar de.
New Mobile number enter karne ke baad usi ke neeche diye gaye “Submit” ke button par click kare.
Step 7.Submit button par click karne ke baad aapko 3 options milenge jiske through aap apna mobile number change kar sakte hai.
Inme se aap pehla wala option “By OTP on both the mobile number” ko select kare aur neeche diye gaye “Proceed” ke button par click kare.
Step 8.Iske baad next page khul jayega jisme ki aapke SBI me jitne bhi account honge wo saare yaha dikhayi denge, inme se aapko jis bhi account ka mobile number change karna hai us SBI Account Number ko select kare aur uske baad neeche diye gaye “Proceed” ke button par click kare.
Click karte hi aapke samne aapne abhi jis SBI Account ko select kiya tha usme linked ATM cards ki details dikhai degi, ab aap inme se us ATM Card ko select kare jo abhi active hai.sbi mobile number change
Apna atm card select karne ke baad neeche diye gaye “Proceed” ke button par click kare.
Step 9.Ab next page me abhi jis ATM Card ko aapne select kiya tha uske details bharne ko bola jayega.
Ab aap apne ATM Card ki details “Card Number, Validity, Card Holder Name & ATM PIN” enter kar de. ( Yaha usi ATM Card ka detail enter kare jiko abhi aapne select kiya tha)
ske baad last wale box me uske right side me diye gaye “Captcha Code” ko usme bhar de aur sabse neeche diye gaye “Proceed” ke option par click kijiye.
Step 10.Proceed ke option par click karte hi aapke saamne “Thanks for registering Mobile Number with us. The status of your request is pending. Kindly complete the registration process according to the option selected by you.” likha hua aayega.
Yaha par aapka Internet Banking ka process khatm hota hai. Iske baad aapko dono mobile number ko verify karna padega. Verify karte hi aapka New Mobile Number aapke SBI Account ke saath link ho jayega.
