Engineering Admission Process 2021 Application form & Exam Dates

B.Tech Admissions 2020

B. Tech admissions in Maharashtra for the academic session 2020-21 will begin in the first week of June 2020. Even though the entrance exam process for engineering courses in Maharashtra concludes in the month of March or April every year, the admission process begins the month of June, as the Class 12 board exam results will be released in the last week of May.

Therefore, B.Tech aspirants in Maharashtra must note that they must appear for relevant entrance test first and wait for the counselling process patiently. Details about acceptable engineering entrance exams in Maharashtra can be checked below. The MHT CET 2020 counselling process began on June 17, 2020, and the State Common Entrance Test Cell of Maharashtra is responsible for conducting the counselling process for MHT CET 2020.

Maharashtra Engineering Admission Important Dates 2021

State Common Entrance Test of Maharashtra will release official B.Tech admissions information brochure after the announcement of Class 12 results. The Maharashtra B.Tech admission notification is expected in the last week of May.

Engineering Admission Process 2020

Along with the official notification, DTE Maharashtra will release the important dates for Maharashtra B.Tech admissions. B. Tech admission/ counselling dates of Maharashtra will help the aspirants to keep a track of important events involved in the admission process.

Online registration of application and uploading of required documents by the Candidate for admission on website (For Maharashtra State/All India/ J&K Migrant candidates & NRI/OCI/PIO/CIWGC/FN candidates Note:- Candidates opting for Maharashtra plus AI Candidature as well as NRI/PIO/OCI/CIWGC , shall apply separately for each type.

Submission of grievance, if any, for all type of Candidates at SETU [During this period candidate can submit documents ( if any) for verification at (SETU)]

Online Submission & Confirmation of Option Form of CAP Round-I through candidate’s Login by the Candidate.

Display of Provisional Allotment of CAP Round-I

Reporting to the Setu Suvidha Kendra (SETU) as per Allotment of CAP Round I.
Note1. Candidates who have been allotted the seats as per there first preference in Round-I (Auto Freezed) must report to SETU. Such candidates shall not be eligible for participation in subsequent rounds.

2. Candidates who have been allotted other than first preference and self freezed there allotment in Round-I through there login must report to SETU. Such candidates shall not be eligible for participation in subsequent rounds. (Candidates must exercise this option carefully)

3. Candidates who have been allotted other than first preference and want betterment in the subsequent rounds must claim the allotted seat by reporting to SETU for betterment.
